I have a problem with a corroded side post battery, I am stuck. How do I free my battery cable?
I was changing a dead battery in my 2002 Chevy Pickup. I loosened negative post and then worked on positive post.
The post piece came off the battery and I cannot free this thing from my cable.
The obvious answer is to install a new battery cable, might be a tiny bit above my head for this generation of vehicles. I would like to get this piece off my cable and install a new battery.
Any ideas????
NAPA has crimp/solder cable ends for those
