Vintage Car

The old couple in the movie lives in a run-down apartment building. The old woman has curlers in her hair and always has a cigarette dangling from her mouth. In one scene she is chasing someone down a road with a dull expression on her face, and the cigarette still dangling. She takes a turn too fast (running like the road-runner cartoon character) and runs into a billboard.
The son was not apparently raised by his parents, and seems to be on some sort of quest to find himself and a young girl who was kind to him when he was a child.
The powers of the old couple are outrageous. One of them is the voice of the lion (or something like that). The old woman yells, and it blows people and structures over.
At one point they are in a competition with another martial art expert who has the power of the frog (I think it was the frog) and he leaps very high into the air, plummets to the earth and leaves a huge crater shaped like a frog.
