How to replace a rear view passenger mirror on 2002 honda accord?
The glass and the mounting bracket came off the passenger mirror on my 2002 accord after an accident. The mirror console is still attached and does not seem to be damaged. My car is silver and all the replacement mirrors are black. Is it possible to buy the black mirror and remove the mounting bracket and the glass from it to install into the original mirror console.
Yes it's possible. All replacement mirror come in black because it a universal base color to any color, it's also to reach lower production cost. Unless you can find a same one at used part store, you only need a polish a bit of it.
